The Internet is the coolest thing ever.
Social media allows us to connect with millions of people around the world. It helps people talk to brands they use, celebrities they stalk, and communities they otherwise wouldn’t be able to access. It is truly unbelievable what we can achieve with this power.
And what do we do with it?
We use it to bicker about politics (ugh), showcase a seemingly perfect life (#extremelyfiltered), and share an obnoxious amount of pictures of puppies (okay, I actually love those. Please continue).
What if it we changed this trend? What if we harnessed this power and used it for GOOD instead? What if we used it to support and encourage each other?
What if we used it to spread love, joy, and happiness?
We can. It's time to get started.
I’ll be posting happy thoughts all over the Internet – feel free to join on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or right here on this site!

The Morality of Money
So, in the meantime, let's all do what we can to make the world a better place. Whether you have a four million dollars in your bank account or four, you can still do your part to improve the world around you. Smile at a stranger. Buy a friend lunch. Incorporate compassion and forgiveness into all of your interactions. It's not the the one-step-to-fix-all solution, but it's a good place to start.
The Day I Lived Like My Last
I can still take some time off work. And I can still enjoy a brownie or two. But it’s equally important to acknowledge that there's a chance that I won't get fifty more years to enjoy. And I shouldn't take the future for granted. Because they are certainly not guaranteed.
