The Internet is the coolest thing ever.

Social media allows us to connect with millions of people around the world. It helps people talk to brands they use, celebrities they stalk, and communities they otherwise wouldn’t be able to access. It is truly unbelievable what we can achieve with this power.

And what do we do with it?

We use it to bicker about politics (ugh), showcase a seemingly perfect life (#extremelyfiltered), and share an obnoxious amount of pictures of puppies (okay, I actually love those. Please continue).

What if it we changed this trend? What if we harnessed this power and used it for GOOD instead? What if we used it to support and encourage each other?

What if we used it to spread love, joy, and happiness

We can. It's time to get started.

I’ll be posting happy thoughts all over the Internet – feel free to join on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or right here on this site

This Is What ACTUALLY Matters (And It’s Probably Not What You Think)
If you can find happiness in the “little” moments, then you can always find happiness. And the truth is, you can find happiness in moments like that. You can enjoy any situation. Every “big” situation is filled with infinite “little” things to appreciate.
The Day I Lived Like My Last
I can still take some time off work. And I can still enjoy a brownie or two. But it’s equally important to acknowledge that there's a chance that I won't get fifty more years to enjoy. And I shouldn't take the future for granted. Because they are certainly not guaranteed.
This Is Why Mindfulness Isn’t Killing Your Motivation
